​Our Syrah is a medium/big bodied red with dark fruit aromas and soft well rounded tannins. Flavors of dark berries and light spice and pepper roll into a smooth finish making this Syrah wonderful to drink alone.

2011 Merlot

​This wine is a medium/big bodied red with soft round tannins and wonderful aromas of dark plum. Flavors of dark plum and light oak come together with a great smooth finish are great together and create a pleasant experience for the taste buds.

2011 Cabernet Sauvignon

2011 Pheasant Run Red Blend 

​Blend 53% Merlot, 45% Syrah and 2% Cabernet Franc

This is a nice medium/big bodied red blend with great aromas of dark berry, light strawberry and hints of spice. Flavors of park berry, plum, oak, vanilla, smoke and spice create a nice complex red blend. The soft, well rounded tannins make this a great wine to enjoy by itself and a great compliment to food.

This wine is a medium bodied red. Consisting of aromas of cherry, berry and tobacco complimented with flavors of berry, oak, mushroom and vanilla and is a great example of our Terroir.  A great wine to be shared with friends and savored with lighter foods.

2010 Dry Riesling

​This wine is mildly bright; crisp, dry, clean and smooth and not what you expect from a Riesling.  Aromas of pear, green apple and herb, accompany flavors of pear, spice and minerality that come together in a well-balanced wonderfully dry, smooth Riesling.  This wine is a must try and a wine that pairs well with fruit, seafood, poultry and spicy foods.

2011 Unoaked Chardonnay

​This Chardonnay is light, dry, crisp and clean with flavors and aromas of green apple. A very elegant, well balanced Chardonnay that pairs well with salad, light soups, fruit, poultry, lamb and fish.

Palomino White Blend

​Our Palomino White Blend is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc (65%)  Chardonnay (35%) and is 100% fermented in stainless steel.  It is a dry, crisp, smooth wine; with aromas of citrus and fruit, and flavors of citrus and stone fruit. A wine with a finish that lingers on the palate. A great, pleasant experience that will pair well with cheeses, poultry and fish.

2013 Unoaked Chardonnay

​This Chardonnay is 100% fermented in stainless steel and is dry, crisp, bright, and clean. Flavors and aromas of green apple are presented in this smooth, well balanced Chardonnay. A great, pleasant experience that will pair well with cheeses, salads, poultry and mushroom.

​2013 Pinot Gris

Our 2013 Pinot Gris is a big bodied white wine. This wine presents great aromas of citrus and honey and big bright flavors of honeydew, grapefruit, nectarine and herbs.  It is a dry wine covered by the fruit flavors creating an enjoyable smooth finish. This is  a great wine to enjoy by itself, on the porch in summer and a great compliment to seafood, poultry and pork.

2013 Gewurztraminer

This is a dry, big bodied, intense Gewurztraminer. This wine presents great aromas of citrus, and spice, with big, bright flavors of lemon, lime and spice. A wine that needs to be experienced. It is a great wine to enjoy by itself, on the porch in summer and a great compliment to poultry, spicy foods, seafood, and light vegetable soups

Our Riesling is a medium bodied dry white wine that is bright and full of expression. Aromas of peach, pear and other stone fruits mirror flavors of peach, pear, stone fruit and a hint of spice. This Riesling will surprise everyone who believes all Riesling are sweet, this one is NOT. The flavors are complex and bright and must be experienced and savored. Pairs with spicy cheeses, poultry, pork and spicy foods.

​Blend 67% Merlot, 33% Syrah

This is a nice medium/big bodied red blend with great aromas of dark berry, plum and hints of spice. Flavors of dark berry, plum, strawberry oak, vanilla and spice create a nice complex red blend. The soft, well rounded tannins make this a great wine to enjoy by itself and a great compliment to heavy cheeses, BBQ, red meat, game and salmon.
